The procedures  of document  to MOE (Ministry of Education)

Once we have received all necessary  documents, we shall start to process and submit the documents to MOE

The procedure will take about 2-4 weeks.

Once approval  letter by MOE issued, if applicant is not in Thailand,  all relevant documents to be sent by air courier  i.e. TNT, DHL, FedEX, EMS to applicant  home country and  air courier charge will be  applicant’s account and applicant must pay for air courier service charge upon arrival in Thailand.

If you are in Thailand you will have to leave Thailand to apply for ED visa at the embassy or consulate outside Thailand.

If you are in your home country, once the documents have arrived in hand, you can apply for ED visa at one of Thai Embassy or consulate in your home country.

Students need to come back to the school with their stamped passport  after  receiving ED visa  from Thai Embassy or consulate in order to process the next step within 2-4 weeks upon arrival in Thailand.

People of the following countries  must  apply for ED visa at Thai Embassy or Consulates  in their home countries,

Applicant are advised to pre-check with relevant authorities before departure.

Students  nationalities  from  India, Sri Lank, Bangladesh, Pakistan, , China, Hong Kong , Taiwan,   Iraq,  Iran, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Africa.

All African and Middle Eastern nationalities need to obtain a criminal record check letter from either their country of origin or from the Royal Thai Police.

How to make a Re-entry at Suvarnabhumi Airport :

For those whose Visa Work Permit or Visa Student Permit has not yet expired and want to travel outside of Thailand, you can file to pause your permit (so the period of your leave will not be included in the duration of your permit) one hour before boarding time at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The service is available 24/7. The details are as follow:

Terms & Conditions:

The students will attend Thai language course according to the curriculum which was approved by (MOE) the Ministry of education .

The student will have to pay 1,900 Baht for an extension of visa,  90 days of notification at the Bangkok  Immigration  Bureau, Chang Wattana  road

If student miss the date of 90 days notification, Immigration Bureau will have  a  penalty  of  fine 500 Baht / day  to student.

The school will not support any student who enrolled and does not attend class.

Fees are non-refundable.

Lessons are not transferable to other students.

Only private courses privilege to cancel or amend the course within 48 hours before the lesson starts.

In case of  the application form is rejected by MOE, the school will notify the applicant within 7 days , reasons of rejection will be given by the school according to MOE and tuition fee will be refundable except administration fee of 1,000 Baht.
